Email/SMS Notification (Lead Replied)
In this article, you will learn how to set up an email or SMS notification when a lead replies to one of your campaigns.
What you will need:
1. An active campaign 
 2. An active Twilio phone number 
 3. An active MailGun account
Step 1
Go to Triggers and click on "+ New Basic Rule"

Step 2
Choose "Customer Replied" > Define your filter (for example, if you want it to be on a specific campaign) > click on "+ Add Action"

Step 3
Set up your SMS or Email (SMS shown here)

Things to consider:
1. This will not trigger if someone responds to a message that you have initiated. It will only work on replies directly related to the campaign(s).
