Funnel Builder Overview

In this article, we will go over the Funnel Builder in detail.

You can create funnels, or small websites that walk your prospects from concept to sale.

Best of all, you can integrate your funnel with all aspects of your accounts features.

Step 1

Navigate to Funnels

This is where all your funnels live. If you don't have any, it will be blank.

If you wish to edit an existing funnel, click on the icon (2). In this example, we will build a new funnel (also 2).

Step 1

Name your funnel > Create Funnel

This is where your funnel steps live. Think of a "step" as a website page. Each step has a purpose. Your design will be based on the purpose of the funnel step.

Step 2

Click on Add New Step

Step 3

Name your funnel step (1) > Assign it it's URL path (2) > Click on Create Funnel Step.

Optionally, if you wish to import an already created step from your ClickFunnels account, enter the URL here

This is the workspace. All your settings will live within this space. From adding sections, rows, columns, and elements to the page settings.

On the top left, you'll notice a "Settings" icon. These are your page settings. Here, you will be able to add your SEO Meta Data, tracking codes, custom CSS, your page background, and define the typography of your funnel step.

Next to the settings is your Pop up. When clicked, you can design your popup and set it up as you wish.

Step 4

Click on Section (1) > Add Section (2) > Click on your section of choice

The section will appear below the last section on the page.

Optionally, you can drag and drop it in the location of your choice

A Note on Section Widths

There are four sizes you can choose from. The image below shows what they look like.

On your left are your Section Settings > General. Here, you can edit the margin, padding, and other properties of your section.

Note: Rows, Columns, and Elements also have their own settings.

Navigate to Advanced to see advanced settings for your section. Here, you'll be able to add a border, change the width, and manage its visibility.

Step 5

Click on Rows (1) > Select your desired column > Drag to your desired section.

In this example, we're using a five-column row.

A little note about Margin, Padding, and Border

When you add an element, padding, or margin, you have to take a few things into consideration.

The content is your element. This can be an image, text, icon, etc.

The padding clears an area outside of the content (or element). This is transparent and you won't see it.

The border is a line (solid, dashed, dotted, etc) that goes around the padding of the content. You can make this any color, as thin or thick as you would like.

The margin clears an area outside of the border. This is transparent and you won't see it.

Step 6

Click on Elements (1) > Add Element (2) OR hover over the column > Click on Add Element

You've added an element inside the column. You now have the basic knowledge to build your funnel.
