Note Changed
Let's suppose you made any changes in the contact record. Then, this trigger will fire. It helps to sync the contact information and keep track of changes.
Once you've selected a trigger, you can configure the workflow's details. Here, select the Note Changed trigger under the Contact section.
All Filters
Doesn't Have a Tag
By selecting the "Doesn't Have Tag" filter option, this workflow will ONLY be triggered when you change a note for a contact that doesn't have the tag you specify in the filter area.
Has Tag
By selecting the "has tag" filter, the workflow will only fire when a note is added to a contact who has the specified tag.
