How to set up a Calendar for Classes

What is Class Booking? Class booking is a one-to-many calendar designed for events with multiple attendees, such as webinars, workshops, training sessions, or sports events.

Setting Up a Class Calendar

  1. Access Settings: Navigate to your account and click on Settings.
  2. Select Calendars: Click on Calendars in the Settings menu.
  3. Create a Calendar: Click on Create Calendar.

Select Class Booking as the calendar type.

Create New Calendar

  1. Calendar Name

    Give your calendar a name. The name will show leads and customers the reason they are scheduling an appointment.

  2. Description

    You can go into more detail about the topic and subject of your calendar by adding a description here. This description will be visible to anyone looking to schedule an appointment.

  3. Select Team Member

    Once you click on the space it shows a drop-down menu where you can select the team member you want to add. You can select more than one user and click on the “X” icon beside each name to remove any user you don't want to include anymore.

  4. Custom URL 

    Type in the calendar slug here.

  5. Availability SettingsMeeting Duration

    This setting allows you to choose the length of your appointments. This will show when people are booking on your calendar so they know how long the appointment should take.Seat Per Class

    Set the number of attendees for each class. For example, if you set the maximum number of seats per class to 10, then up to 10 invitees can book a single time slot. Ten attendees can book a class or training session at 1:00 PM.

    You can choose up to a maximum of 9,999 attendees in a single slot; however, if you use a conferencing tool, the tool may have a different maximum attendees limit. For example, Zoom offers a maximum of 500 attendees for certain licenses.

  6. Booking Availability

    Here is one of the most important settings in this section, as it controls the availability time frames shown on your calendar every week.

    Days Of The Week Available By clicking any of these days of the week buttons, you can turn on or off which days you are available for people to schedule on your calendar.

    NOTE: To further customize your business hours, please navigate to the advanced settings.

  1. Meeting Location

    Choose and connect the meeting venue; Zoom Meeting or Google Meet. Provide the meeting location URL.

  2. Accept Payment

    If you want to include the payment option that every customer booked on this calendar will pay, toggle on this option and fill in the amount and currency with the description informing the users about the payment.

  3. Advance Settings

    Before you confirm the calendar setup, you can set up the advance option.
