Smart List Quick Action Buttons


By utilizing quick actions on your contact list, you can efficiently manage and perform tasks involving a single contact or multiple contacts. Each action button corresponds to a specific function, streamlining the handling of your contacts and ensuring that your database remains organized and up-to-date.

Add Contact

Just one click of the '+' button on the top left of the contacts page, you can also manually input any contact information!

Pipeline Change

Change the Pipeline stage of your contact quickly and easily without having to exit the Smart list section.

Add to Campaign/workflow

You can add your chosen contacts to Campaigns/Workflows in much less time than it would have taken using the quick action button.

Send SMS 

With this feature, you can tailor your text messages according to certain groups or individuals instead of wasting time jotting down their information one by one.

The send email button enables you to quickly send an email message to a single contact or multiple contacts in one go.
