Maximizing Customer Engagement with Reviews AI: A Guide to Suggestive and Auto-Pilot Modes

Building a strong online reputation and gaining customer trust is easier than ever with our Reviews AI feature. This tool offers two modes: Suggestive and Auto-Pilot, each with its unique benefits. In this guide, we'll explain these modes and how they work, along with the pricing structure. Plus, we'll cover how agencies can bill their clients for using Reviews AI.

Important Notes:

  • All agency plans to grant access to Reviews AI.
  • Agencies can activate Reviews AI for all their locations in the Company Settings Page.
  • Reviews AI operates on a pay-per-use basis, costing $0.08 per response.
  • The first three responses in Suggestive Mode are free. After that, each regeneration costs $0.08.
  • Using Auto-Pilot Mode incurs a charge of $0.08 per response.

Enabling Reviews AI for Your Sub-Accounts:

For existing agencies, Reviews AI is initially disabled. To activate it for all sub-accounts, go to the 'Company' page at the agency level. Once activated, sub-accounts will have access to Reviews AI in their Reputation settings.

a) Suggestive Mode: Crafting Authentic Responses

Suggestive Mode helps you compose personalized review responses. It offers suggestions based on the review content, making it easier to engage with customers genuinely. In this mode, users select the AI Reply button, and Reviews AI generates unique responses.

Note: You can regenerate responses, but after the first three free trials, each regeneration costs $0.08.

b) Auto-Pilot Mode: Streamlining Review Management

Auto-Pilot Mode is designed for efficiency. It automates the review response process, saving time while maintaining a professional touch. With Auto-Pilot Mode, you can:

  • Customize automated responses based on star ratings.
  • Set wait times before sending responses.
  • Add a personal touch with review response footers, like thank-you notes or your business name.
  • Tailor responses for specific sources, such as Facebook and Google.

Pricing Structure:

Our pricing structure is designed to be flexible and affordable:

  • Enjoy three free responses in Suggestive Mode, with only the first response incurring a charge.
  • After the first response, subsequent responses are charged at $0.08 each, starting from the 5th response.
  • All responses via Automated Response Mode are also priced at $0.08 per response.
  • Easily manage your billing through your account settings.

Best Practices for Reviews AI:

  • Customize suggested responses to match your brand's tone and personality.
  • Regularly review and adjust Auto-Pilot responses to ensure they align with your brand's values.
  • Remember the importance of deeper customer engagement beyond review replies.

Billing Your Clients:

Once you enable Reviews AI in your agency account, all your clients can use it. You can choose to bill your clients at cost or add a markup of your choice.

How to Enable Billing for Clients:

  1. Activate Reviews AI for your agency first.
  2. If the sub-account isn't in SaaS Mode, switch it to SaaS Mode through your agency account.
  3. In your agency account, go to the Sub-Account's Details and toggle on Reviews AI Re-Sell Settings.
  4. Set the desired markup amount and save your settings.
  5. Repeat this process for all sub-accounts where you want to bill for usage.

How Billing Works:

  • Agencies pay HighLevel and receive invoices with HighLevel branding.
  • Sub-accounts (your clients) pay you (the agency) and receive invoices with your branding. The money goes to your Stripe account connected to your agency.

This billing system operates similarly to other reselling models in the platform and utilizes "credits" from the agency wallet and the location wallet, respectively.
