Connecting Instagram (Social Planner)
Social Planner gives you the ability to add your Instagram business accounts to your CRM. If you have not converted your Instagram personal profile to a business profile. You need to perform the below mentioned two steps:
Switch from a personal account to a business account on your Instagram app settings. Connect your Instagram business account with your Facebook account
Connecting your Instagram
To connect your Instagram Business Account, there are different steps to follow. If you haven't connected any social media accounts yet, click on the Instagram icon in the wizard with the Connect option to begin setting up.
Alternatively, if you are already connected to any other social media accounts, click on the Setting option (gear icon) to start the setup.
After clicking Add Account, you will be able to select the Instagram Business Account option.
Log into the Facebook Page
To connect your Instagram Business Account through Facebook, follow the steps below. Firstly, log in to your Facebook account and provide the required permissions for Social Planner. Make sure you use the Facebook account that has the Instagram Business Account connected to it. Type in the relevant details and click on Log In.
Note: If the Instagram Business Profile is not yet verified, it means that the Instagram Business Account is not connected to any Facebook page. This is a requirement from Facebook to post.
Select Instagram Business Profile
Your next step will be to select the Instagram Business Profile you would like to add to the social planner. Once you’ve connected an Instagram business profile, you will be able to manage the account from the settings icon.
